Profile
Dr. Bahori Ahoen personally leads every engagement at Bahori Ahoen & Partners. He combines a background in law and economics with experience developing and managing property, so he can handle matters that involve business strategy, legal compliance, tax and assets at once.
As an academic and researcher, he prepares feasibility studies, regulatory impact assessments and academic legal opinions, and can give expert evidence in court or arbitration. As an advocate, tax attorney and certified mediator, he supports clients from negotiation and mediation through to litigation.
He also lectures at Universitas Mpu Tantular in Jakarta. His doctoral dissertation examined legal certainty in land sales with a right of repurchase as an alternative form of property financing.
