Common questions
Is the preliminary meeting charged?
No. The preliminary meeting lasts 60 minutes at no charge, to map the issue and your options. Written analysis, feasibility studies and further work are always offered first in a written proposal.
How are engagements priced?
There are four options: a monthly retainer, a research or feasibility project, case-based or restructuring work, and a success fee. All are agreed in writing before work begins, with no guarantee of outcome.
What happens after I send the form?
We run a conflict check, then contact you within one working day to schedule the preliminary meeting through the channel you chose.
Can the meeting be online?
Yes, by video or phone call. In-person meetings take place at our office in South Jakarta or at yours.
How is my information kept confidential?
Advocates must keep confidential everything they learn from clients under Law No. 18 of 2003 on Advocates, and mediation is held in private. Your personal data is processed under the PDP Law and our privacy policy.
What documents should I prepare?
For the preliminary meeting, a short timeline and the key documents if you have them are enough, such as company deeds, the loan or contract in question and summary financial statements. Please do not send confidential documents before we contact you.
