While the online form is being set up, WhatsApp or phone is the fastest way to reach us. Sending this form does not create an advocate–client relationship.

After you send it

Four steps, no surprises

  1. 01

    Send a short summary

Use the form or our official channels. A general outline is enough; please no confidential documents.

  2. 02

    Conflict check

We confirm we do not act for the other side, then contact you within one working day.

  3. 03

    60-minute preliminary meeting

In person, by video or by phone. Free of charge, to map the issue and your options.

  4. 04

    Written proposal

If you want to proceed, you receive the scope, fee scheme and timeline in writing. Work only starts once you agree.

Included in the preliminary meeting

  • An outline of the issue and your general position
  • An overview of the options: business, legal or tax
  • A list of documents and data to prepare

Offered separately, in writing

  • Written analysis, feasibility studies or legal opinions
  • Reviewing lengthy documents or financial data
  • Representation in negotiation, mediation or court

An advocate–client relationship only begins once an engagement letter or power of attorney is signed.

Common questions

Is the preliminary meeting charged?

No. The preliminary meeting lasts 60 minutes at no charge, to map the issue and your options. Written analysis, feasibility studies and further work are always offered first in a written proposal.

How are engagements priced?

There are four options: a monthly retainer, a research or feasibility project, case-based or restructuring work, and a success fee. All are agreed in writing before work begins, with no guarantee of outcome.

How do I schedule a meeting?

Contact us on WhatsApp or by phone. We run a conflict check, then schedule the preliminary meeting within one working day, in person or online.

Can the meeting be online?

Yes, by video or phone call. In-person meetings take place at our office in Depok or at yours.

How is my information kept confidential?

Advocates must keep confidential everything they learn from clients under Law No. 18 of 2003 on Advocates, and mediation is held in private. Your personal data is processed under the PDP Law and our privacy policy.

What documents should I prepare?

For the preliminary meeting, a short timeline and the key documents if you have them are enough, such as company deeds, the loan or contract in question and summary financial statements. Please do not send confidential documents before we contact you.
